  •  Make a list of things you should do that day.
  • Move curtains from window, let day light into your room.
  • Before you start working, clean your working area-no matter if it’s a kitchen or office.
  • Make a change in your living space, maybe put some new picture or colorful pillow.
  • Learn to say no.
  • Laugh often.
  • Take a walk.
  • Surround yourself with positive people.
