Započnite dan na pravi način! Granola je savršeno zdrav doručak koji možete da napravite sami kod kuće.

Sastojke prilagodite ukusu. Može se napraviti unapred i u tegli čuvati par nedelja.

Danas vam predlažem jedan veoma jednostavan recept.

 

  • 200 g ovsenih pahuljica
  • 100 g oraha (iseckanih)
  • 100 g čokolade (iseckane)
  • 60-80 g meda
  • 60 ml kokosovog ulja
  • 1-2 kašike kakaoa
  • 1 kašika lanenih semenki
  • prstohvat soli
  • sušeno voće po želji

Pomešajte sve sastojke. Smesu prebacite na pleh i ravnomerno rasporedite.

Pecite u rerni na 180 stepeni  20 minuta. Promešajte s vremena na vreme. Sušeno voće dodajete posle pečenja.

Čuvajte u tegli. Služite uz jogurt i sezonsko voće.

Prijatno.

Make your favourite flavours.  You can keep it in a jar for a few weeks.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g oats
  • 100 g any nuts you like
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 60-80 g honey
  • 60 ml coconut oil
  • 1-2 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • hint of salt
  • dried fruit-optional

Put all the ingredients together

Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.

Add dried fruits.
