Danas vam predlažem jednostavan i pre svega ukusan obrok. Domaće njoke.

Za ovaj recept su vam potrebni sledeći sastojci:

  • 400 g krompira
  • 50-70 g brašna
  • kašičica soli

Preliv po izboru.

Obarite krompir u ljusci. Kada se prohladi ispasirajte i dodajte brašno i kašičicu soli.

Rukama umesite testo. Podelite na 4 dela i rukama napravite rolnice. Testo isecite na komade željene veličine-oko 3 cm.

Kuvajte njoke u slanoj vodi 20-30 sekundi odn dok ne isplivaju na površinu.

Ova količina je za 2 porcije.

Poslužite uz umak po izboru.

Prijatno.

 


 

Making gnocchi from scratch is much less complicated than it seems. You only need 2 ingredients: potatoes and flour.

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 50-70 g flour
  • 1 tsp of salt

Start by boiling the potatoes whole in a pan of hot water. Once they’re soft, leave to cool for a few minutes. Mash them until smooth add flour and salt. Mix that together with your hands to form a dough. Roll out the dough into logs  and cut them into pieces-around 3 cm.

To cook the gnocchi, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and add the gnocchi. As soon as they start floating, they are ready (20-30 sec).

This makes 2 serves.

Put them in the pan with the sauce of your choice.
